Navigation Training

I run my navigation skills training course to help you become self-sufficient in your hill walking skills. The course is included as part of one of my prescribed group walk offers (Cannock Chase Trig Point Challenge), which I routinely deliver on Cannock Chase, conveniently located just off the M6 and I can tailor the course to suit your needs.

There is no restriction on where I deliver this experience and I can be completely flexible on the location, so please feel free to contact me to discuss alternative locations.

Ratio – I can work with up to 6 people on these courses.

Location – Cannock Chase, Staffordshire (As mentioned I can also deliver these courses anywhere in the UK subject to prior negotiation/agreement).

Please refer to my ‘kit list’ page for general kit/equipment requirements.

If this course is delivered at Cannock Chase then I will provide you with the relevant map(s) and a compass. If the course is delivered at an alternative location you may be required to provide your own Ordnance Survey map, but we can discuss this requirement when you book.
